海拔介於一千三至一千八之間的杉林溪烏龍茶，常年雲霧籠罩、土壤肥沃、雨量適中，因此此區的茶葉層次豐富多變，特殊的山氣，為多數人喜愛。
使用有機肥料的栽培，使得杉林溪烏龍茶的回甘程度佳，且香氣濃厚。
The planted altitude of Shan Lin Xi Oolong Tea is from 1,300 meters to 1,800 meters. The tea is covered by cloud and mist most of the time, the soil is fertile, the rainfall is moderate, therefore the tea flavour is unique, and the sweet aftertaste is good.
